Rolf James Hajingabo

Rolf James Hajingabo is a young, dynamic and e-
commerce passionate .
He holds a bachelor in Logistics management
with more than 2 years experience in the logistics
and supply chain management. Rolf's key
competencies, skills and interest include supply
chain management, procurement, network design
and E – commerce.
Currently working to attain a Master in Shipping

Technologies and Management at China's Ningbo University.
While doing his master Rolf coordinate the supply chain operations for
BiziSol, and is coordinating the team of multi-skilled young professionals,
working on eBiziSol project, with objective to optimize e-commerce sales
channel for productive Solar Home Systems.

Pascal Niyonkuru

Pascal Niyonkuru holds a Master degree and a PhD

candidate in Development studies from Coventry University, with 7 years working experience in

Gender and community development areas. He possesses a strong experience in activities that

focus on gender and poverty reduction in developing countries, particularly in Rwanda, Burundi,

Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, DRC, Congo and South Sudan. He has been working with local NGOs

and marginalized groups including women and low-income households to:

  • Identify gender issues, suggest remediation measures and incorporate them into the

    project design.

  • Identify modalities through which the projects can effectively promote the
    poor, vulnerable groups and women’s greater access to energy resources,
    services and economic opportunities.
  • Prepare poverty reduction and social strategy, and gender action plan.
  • Conduct poverty analysis and pro-poor impacts within the project area and
    present findings in the summary poverty reduction and social strategy
    template

Furthermore, Pascal has an experience in capacity building activities that focus on a
broad range of organisational areas, including strategic planning, human resource
development, communications and engagement, project management and policy-
making by:

  • Supporting capacity building of local organisations (human resource planning,
    strategic planning to effectively lead, implement, monitor and evaluate a
    funded programme.
  • Assisting local organisations to develop formal written policies and procedures
    on proper segregation of duties.
  • Training NGO staff on written policies and procedures to ensure that operating
    practices and procedures comply with the organisation’s written policies.
  • Providing training and technical assistance on a variety of activities related to
    interpersonal and strategic communication, such as: developing a
    communication strategy, delivering a presentation, developing policy briefs,
    communicating with decision makers/policy makers, working with the mass
    media, developing press releases and building networking.

Christian Dibele

With over 14 years experience in Telecom industry, Christian
has achieved solid experience in commercial and marketing
Departement through successive positions as Distribution
Supervisor, Interval & P.R, Call Center Corporate Line
Supervisor, Project Manager for formely Celtel Group, currently Airtel Africa).
As Business Development Manager for Ucom Burundi, previously subsdiary of
Orascom Telecom Company, he has contributed for successful launch of a mobile
money service and different new VAS.
More recently, he worked with BBOXX Ltd as Business Development Manager for
West Africa and joined Equinox Energy, a company in Cote d’Ivoire as a consultant for a Solar kit distribution project. Christian has Degree in Economics and has studied
Philosophy at Sorbonne- Paris.

Agnes Harerimana

Agnes is an accounting professional with over 13 years of
experience, possesses multiple skills covering many financial
areas such as fiscal laws, cost control principals, financial
statements, budgeting, auditing practices, taxation, economic
regulations and fiscal policies.
Agnes excel in strategically performing all aspects of accounting
operations, and she demonstrated success in collaborating with
peers to achieve top performances. Her skills include and not
limited to an expertise of accounting tools such as MS Excel,
SAP, Navision, Visma Spcs 2000, Oracle, Cognos, Basware, and

Fortnox.
Native of East Africa (Burundi), Agnes is a Swedish citizen and lives in Stockholm,
where she runs her own business, Kazoza Redovisningsbyrå, providing accounting
services to small and medium businesses.
Prior to founding Kazoza Redovisningsbyrå in 2014, Agnes worked as account
associate and finance controller for various companies including ISS Facility
Services AB.
Agnes joined biziSol as Chief Finance Officer and board member in June 2016. She
holds a M.Sc in Business and Economics with focus in Accounting and finance.

Prosper Bizimungu

Prior to founding Inclusive Business Solutions for
Development-biziSol , Prosper Bizimungu worked in
FMCG industry in different African countries, on
behalf of various global companies . He has designed
and implemented various successful sales and
distribution projects for Coca Cola and Heineken
products, respectively as Sales and Marketing
Manager in Burundi, and Country Manager in Angola. He also served as Business
Development Manager for Diversey East and Southern Africa (2012-2013).
Prosper is entrepreneur, he founded Start Systems, a private IT company operating
in Burundi, local market leader in tailor made management software for Micro-
finance Institutions. He is also the co-founder of BurundiShop, the first Burundian e-
commerce platform venture. BiziSol and Burundishop are among the founding
members of “Business 4E-trade Development”, a UNCTAD partner for e-
commerce development .
Moreover, Prosper Bizimungu has worked as Africa Business Developer for solar
energy companies operating in Africa including Tauber Solar GmbH, Sun Power
Africa Development Ltd and Little Sun GmbH.
His activities enabled him to travel around Africa and meet many players in the RE
industry, and with a large number of Information and Communication Technology
professionals of the continent.
Prosper speaks all official languages used in Africa (French, English and Portuguese)
and holds as Masters from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and
Informatics in Russia.

Loritta Bigina

Miss Loritta Axana Bigina has 1 year left of studies to obtain her B.A. degree in
Communication Studies at Mälardalens Högskola in
Västerås, Sweden.
Passionate of digital communication,Loritta strongly
believes in the power of digital transformation and its
rewarding benefits. She believes in the
company’s digital strategy to drive its growth, and to
take it from the start up to the global level.
Since 2015 she works part time as a Digital Project
manager for BiziSol – Inclusive Business Solutions.
Loritta is advising BiziSol on its digital transformation strategy, with focus on how to
use the opportunities offered by the high rate of Africa’s mobile phone penetration, to
get more young Africans connected, by the most affordable and sustainable way.
